Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was delightful! The room, although room 702 might not be the best choice for couples due to the mirror placement, was surprisingly comfortable with a lovely view of the fountain from the balcony and a relaxing jacuzzi bath. The spaciousness and peace in such a central location were unexpected bonuses.
I couldn't get enough of the incredible view of the fountain of Neptune right outside, even though the room was a bit small. The service was remarkable, and the staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even providing tourists with detailed city maps. The hotel's location is unbeatable, perfect for museum visits and exploring old Madrid. The dining experience was fabulous, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while spacious and beautiful, were a bit odd in layout and location. The service was friendly but could be more attentive to guests. The location was fantastic, close to museums and restaurants. The dining experience was good with plenty of options. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
